Training, conditioning, and life
One of the things you’ll start to see more of here is training oriented posts I’m doing this for a number of reasons.
One, first and foremost, for myself. It’s my training and I want to make it accessible to me.
Two, in case anybody wants to know what I’m doing.
Three, I plan to make it open source if anybody wants to follow the template and I’ll have it posted before too long.
This is also a good point to share out Friday conditioning meet ups. Every Friday at 9:30am come hang out at the gym and suffer through some conditioning with like-minded individuals. It’s free for members and $5 if you’re dropping in. The more the merrier.
